Research Line: Molecular ecology

Brief review of research line:

In my laboratory we are interested in study the selective and genetic effects of the contemporary factors, mainly caused by human activities, such as pollution, fragmentation and habitat transformation over the wild populations. We focus on determine the effects of these factors over the population structure, gene flow, genetic diversity and gene expression of the wild populations.
