Brief review of research line:
My line of research focuses on the ecophysiology of native terrestrial arthropods, with emphasis on the study of the graduation of environmental media and its effect on some aspects of the physiology and selection of thermal microenvironments, cryobiology and respiratory physiology. In recent years I was invited to participate in a multidisciplinary project associated with the interaction and evolution of the symbiotic relationship between the Chilean cicadas of the genus Tettigades and the bacteria of the genus Hodgkinia.
