Elie Poulin, professor at the Faculty of Sciences, was recognized for his almost 30 years of research in Antarctica and its educational work of many generations of students and new scientists. The award was presented within the framework of the IX Chilean Congress on Antarctic Research, three-day event brought together 167 national and international researchers in Olmué.
